heater cables

Anyone see a problem with putting the heater control cables in the instrument panel lower flange center right?

I have mine inserted in the panel on the far right. If you put them below in the center, be careful that they won't interfere with the right stick. The only problem that I have with them over there is having to unbuckle to reach them. Not usually a big deal. Just have your passenger adjust them if too hot or cold. I put them on a small subpanel then made the holes large enough for the knobs to go thru the panel itself then screw to the panel. That way I don't have to undo the fire wall end to remove the panel.
