Congrats. Yeah, takeoff fuel flow should be 24-25gph and EGT's around 1200-1250 ideally. Once you get up to cruise for Phase 1, you can come back to 24 squared and that should get you back to around 14-16gph while leaning EGT's to the high 1300's on the rich side of peak. Get the engine broken in well and then running at 20", 2400rpm should yield 12.5 ROP or 10.5 LOP. Just keep running it fairly hard for the first 10 hours or so to seat the rings.
