Hello
When trying to put cleco in the marked places I find I need to put substantial pressure to make the holes align.
Did anyone encounter this?
What should I do?
Thank you,
Tsachy Nevo.

Not sure I’ll be much help figuring out the why that is happening for you but we just completed this step a month ago and didn’t have this issue.

Bad F-01205A-1 ?

In your photo it looks like the holes drilled on the bottom flange of F-01205A-1
Are not centered, and too close to the vertical face of the same part (F-01205A-1).

Is it possible the parts aren’t perfect? I can’t see how anything you would have done would cause such a bad mis-alignment. Those two should just fit.

🥴

Check with Vans.
I had an issue with the parts not matching.
Turned out there was a batch of one of the parts that was not made correctly.
I don’t remember which one now.

One of the parts is probably bent "not perfectly"

I will be getting a new one
thats' after contacting Van's support
thank you all !

Check to see if your bulkhead caps are installed on the correct side of the center section assembly's vertical bulkheads. It is very common for it to be on the wrong side. This could tweak out the alignment of your mid-fuselage brace.

No sure if this is what is happening since that component is outside the photo frame.
