40 EZ Powertow setup for tail wheel

I have a tug that I need to convert to move the 8 I am building. If anyone has 40 EZ tug, would they mind posting a pic on how it’s set up for a tail wheel.
 
I use one on my -6. I took the extensions off that I used with my Navion. It's now dedicated to the RV.
