F-1207A baggage bulkhead question

Has anyone encountered the F-1207A bulkhead bowing when installed to the F-01207C left and rights? Appears the holes are about 1/2 a hole off when put in place. Here is a picture to show what is happening. I can’t find what I am doing wrong with these pieces.

I did not notice a pronounced bend when I did mine about a month ago but it was "flexible". The F-1232A/B assembly fixes that - it will hold the center of the F-1207 to the roll bar.

If you are worried that something is assembled wrong - try Clecoing the 1232A in place & see if that does not straighten the F-1207out.

Note there are 2 rows of holes on the side skins - the 1207Cs should be cleco'd in the forward holes. Having one or both sides off would lead to a distortion of that bulkhead.

I tried fluting before I posted this and it did not help so I took them out. I have since put them back in based on comments but it is still about a half hole off.

Heavy flutes

I have been chatting with another RV10 builder in GSO that's a good friend of mine, and a first time builder. He messaged me last week about a section in the plans that said to "heavily flute" part XYZ (I don't remember the part) and I advised to do as it said..worked fine. I built a -4, which had zero holes, every rib and frame warped (a normal effect of forming/heat treating), and I had to flute everything prior to fit, layout, and drill up. The -10 and other match drill kits have the rivet holes drilled before form/heat treat, and the fluting gets things back aligned.

I had a hard time fluting my bulkhead ribs as well. I believe the heaviest fluting I did was on the little end ribs for the flaperons. They are 6061 aluminum I think and I really had to flute them to get the bend to line up per the drawing.
