F-706 bulkhead to F-787

At the top of the F-706 baggage bulkhead where the F-787 rib attaches, there are holes that appear to indicate a platenut is also attached here. There is no corresponding screw hole in the FWD flange of the F-787. I can't find any drawing that shows a platenut here. I suspect this "screw hole" in the F-706 bulkhead could be just a tooling hole but if anyone knows for sure . . .

I think that is an alignment hole for the rollbar brace on a tip-up.
