Day 1 tank Rib Proseal question

After riveting the leading edge rivet(s) there is a slight gap where the rib flange joins the tank skin in one or two places ( .020/.025).

Possible causes:
1. Rib is slightly fluted
2. Dimple appears normal, but there may be slight irregularities that don?t allow the skin dimple and rib dimple to perfectly nest. ( maybe Proseal)
3. The factory head on the rivet is slightly proud and slightly angled.

The affected area is in a very confined space, so bucking is a challenge. I?ve put 4-40 nuts on the clecos, so I know they are tight...both the skin and the rib flange were buttered with a thin layer of Proseal.

Tomorrow, I will probably drill out the rivets around the affected area and attempt to draw the flange tighter on the skin.

The remainder of the flanges are flush to the skin.

What can I do in the future to eliminate or mitigate this separation. It would be difficult to press the flange with one hand and the bucking bar with the other. Difficult, but not impossible.

Thanks
