Tank curing

Curing is mixture, temperature, and humidity dependent. I've seen anything from two days to two weeks.

Find a blob of proseal on the tank you can give the thumbnail test. Once it passes, do your pressure test.

What Kyle said. Unless you are being held up to go fly for this check, give the sealant time to cure. Press on and work other items towards finishing the plane and let the sealant fully cure.

I kept a sample of every batch to do the "fingernail" test on. IIRC, at 40 degF in the shop it took most of a week, if not longer. At 80 degF it was about 2 days.
