I need a rectifier/regulator, Rotax part # 965349.
Not one of the Rotax dealers in this country has it in stock! Unacceptable! Two weeks or more for a regulator? Are they failing that fast or do the dealers just want ro keep inventory at low, way too low, levels. Either scenario stinks. In addition, when I talk to the parts people at the desk, they give the impression that this is normal. Apparently we should accept lousy service from dealers. Rotax may make a fine engine, but this kind of service gets around and alternatives to Rotax will be found.
