First day owner of a part of my new RV-8

Today I have received the Emp. for my S/B RV-8.
First I was looking to by a flying one. But over last two months I have been reading and studding this airplane to the extent that I have come to the conclusion that I can build on myself.

So my new years resolution was to start building one. It was only one week into 2012 that I learned from a friend at the airport that he has started on the Emp. VS and ran out of time. So he bought a flying -8 and as of today I own his Kit.

To all of you "posters" on here, great job for educating me. Thank you!!!
