think this post is probably ment for the midwest as I think he is talking about Washinton, Kentucky, not Washington state.

Although KIAD is Dulles Airport outside of Washington, DC, but a lot further away than 17 miles from KY

should be moved to MID ATLANTIC... MD, DC, DE, VA etc.
