7A spar/bulkhead gap

Tried wing installation, but the gap is .048 shy of the spar stubb thickness. This is a quick build. Any suggestions how to open this gap?
I have tried a spreader / jacking bolt between the bulkheads but seems like a lot of pressure to get a size per size fit.

Agreed. You should have a few extra not a few shy.
