Push to connect

I’m planning on replacing the clear plastic tubing that was used for my pitot-static with newer hard plastic tubing and push to connect fittings.

The existing tubing is 1/4” I.D. And it looks like the push to connect fittings with the 1/8” NPT connectors use 1/4” O.D. Hard plastic tubing. I would then splice with a barbed connector to convert to the push to connect.

Is that the correct size of tubing? I think it as but thought I should ask before ordering.
