Prosealing proseal

Hello all,

I’m building the fuel tanks for my RV-14. I’m spending a lot of time checking the quality of my work before I install the rear baffles. My question is whether I can add new Proseal over the top of proseal that has already cured? I have a few fillets and rivets that could use a little touch up.

Yes you can put Proseal over cured Proseal, in fact I am doing that same job on my tanks today.

There is also the option of using the thinner "A" type brushable sealant to put a second coat over the "B" type sealant so as to seal any possible pinholes.
