For those of you who remember my posts when VPX announced the elimination of the deposit for use of their crimping tool, this post is by way of squaring the situation. For those who don't, just consider this a fervent attaboy. First, Chad went out of his way to make sure that my deposit was returned, which pleased me very much - more airplane dollars are always good.
Now, when I had a need for more pins and the use of a crimper (due to changes I created by changing direction on the panel), Chad once again showed true class and the very spirit of excellent customer service. He sent the crimper and pins out 2nd day priority without hesitation, and they arrived today. As we said in the Navy - Bravo Zulu! Well done!
