I'm looking to build an RV8 but I have never sit in one. I'm 6'1" which should fit without a tall pilot option depending on dashboard height but I'd like to see/feel how close it is and if I should rather take some space from my wife (rear seat) and chose the "tall pilot option".
ground or flight adjustable pedals play a roll too for long legs I heard.
Long story short, I was wondering if there is a RV8(A) pilot at SMO, VNY, HHR, or CMP that would be willing to let me sit in his/her RV8(A) to get an idea.
Not even asking for a flight
just checking out the cockpit space.
