Two years ago I looked at a hangar home on Hicks. It was 75' x 55' and listed at $330,000. There's a newly completed hangar at Hicks that's listed at $439G and it's only 55' x 55'.

Granted it new, but is this overpriced or have values come up that much in the last two years?
