wanted info on gps software--who has the best?

Hi, I want to buy gps software for an Ipad or tablet of some kind. I will need both pad and software. I am looking for software that has gps simulated artificial horizon, I do not wish to buy an egyro or other unit as this will not be used as primary flight info. I have noticed that the new garmin has a gps turn simulater in it --why no pitch info? Any ideas on who to contact would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Ed Edwards
