Default Auto plug adapter recommendations?

Hello, many of the threads on this topic appear to be old so the data may no longer be accurate.

So, what does everyone recommend for auto plug adapters? I have read a lot of negative comments on the ones supplied from Emagair. A lot of good on the Lightspeeds.

The biggest reason I ask is Iím trying to find out if anyone knows of quality adapter that have been tested and donít cost $100!

Thanks in advance!

Last I checked, Klaus won't sell adapters separately from an ignition system.

I'm using long reach adapters from SDS.

I bought mine from flyefii. Much nicer than the ones that came with the p-mags. No experience with the SDS adapters, but I'm confident that they would be top notch as well.

It’s the nature of online forums that all you hear are negative reports on things...so I’ll just say that I have four airplanes with dual P-Mags, and that makes a total of...uh...32 of theirs adapters. Never had a problem with any of them!

Aww címon Paul, thatís strictly anecdotal. Itíll never hold up in court!

I have almost 1800 hrs on my Pmag adapters; think Iíve replaced two over the years, but no real failures...

Default Brillman

Here's a cheap option. I'm using the adapters from emagair.

I bought a set of these to try, very high quality machined parts. Shipping took about six weeks from Belarus. These have been working fine on my O-320 for a couple hundred hours.

Many moons ago I ordered some Brillman adapters and sent them back. Substandard compared to, well, any from the usual suspects
