Anybody out there know of builder space or partial hanger space.

Hanger space

There are hangers available at Corona but if you're not ready to start paying for one, try contacting EAA Chapter 92. I'm not sure if they are still doing it but they used to have a large hanger at Chino that they would lease out sections that would get increasingly larger as your project progressed.

I was building an RV-9A for many years at EAA Chapter 448's building center at Cable. It was a bit of a drive from where I live in Irvine, but not too bad on weekends. The rent was reasonable and they had some nice tools you could use that were owned by the chapter.
