Whelen Strobes

So.... I have been rebuilding things, adding things, going through tweety bird. After got my Crow 5 point in, interior back together, now strobes no worky. Whelen unit. Don't know much about them and haven't verified voltage to unit yet. Question: Will the capacitors(?) discharge over a long period of no use? If so, how to charge them back to operation ? Like since Last June I have not turned them on.

Whelen has a procedure for revitalizing the capacitors. You basically slowly bring up the supply voltage from a lower starting point.
Check the power to the pack first though. A year(ish) is not that long for the capacitors.

<---- IDIOT! Helps when you have the correct plugs to pack in the correct holes. They are even numbered for me. Strobes fine now.
