Dsub part numbers
Is anyone able to tell me the correct part numbers for a 9 hole male / female dsub connector and the correct pins? (Crimp)
I?ve tried searching on digikey but there are literally thousands! Finding it hard to find the right ones.
I?m trying to replace the tiny molex connectors for the trim servo.
Thank you!

D sub pins for trim connections
https://www.steinair.com/documents-and-support/videos/
SteinAir suggests just using D sub pins to make this connection. See video.
They can sell you the pins.

ballpark
This should get you in the right ballpark. Biggest decision on the CPC's is whether you want the flange or not. Also, match the backshell to the CPC size (you'll need 2 per connector). Of note, the different series denote the tupe of pin (d-sub vs other) Make sure you select the correct series for your pin type.
Dsub Female M39029/64-368
Dsub Male M39029/64-369
9-pin Series 1 Flange 206705-1
9-pin Series 1 Socket 206708-1
Size 13 Backshell 206966-7
28 Pin series 2 Flange 205840-3
28 Pin Series 2 Socket 206125-1
Size 17 Backshell 206070-8

Thanks for all the help guys - deans connectors! Got a hundred of those with my model stuff!
I like the idea of the CPC connectors - they are just so large and clunky for most applications I think?
Does anyone know if the cpc uses the same pins as the dsub or are they different? (Do the cpc crimp the same?)

For a given series number the crimp pins that are used with a CPC connector are the same as standard D-Sub connectors.

Light weight D-subs
Yet another option. Some may consider it blasphemous.

Here's a little reference chart i made up for the Conec dsubs - thanks for the assistance.
Those female sockets are bloody expensive!!

I think i will just join the trim servo with pins and heat shink, and then replace the tiny crappy molex on the aft deck with a mounted Dsub (with a housing only on the top side).
