HR 2 Fuel tank attach screws

I'm pulling my left wing fuel tank off my Harmon Rocket 2. I didn't build it and have never seen the plans so I'm asking here.
There are two rows of screws near the spar. Do I need to remove all of them or only the aft row of screws?

All. One row is in the spar cap. The other in the tank flange.

Hello; the plans I have show that you need to remove both rows of screws. Also of course the outboard nose rib area screws, the trim between the inboard side of the tank and fuselage and inboard tank to fuselage mount bolt.
Watch for different length screws! Rearmost screws near the inboard area sometimes can have a shorter screw for main spar clearance.
