Tools on Board

Putting together a toolkit to carry on cross country flights. What tools do you carry in your plane for unexpected off location maintenance?

I have a bag that I carry from plane to plane that has the following:
Spark Plugs 2 each with anti seize on them
Tool kit with safety ties and wire plus wrenches and spark plug socket
Electrical tape and connectors
Rope
Oil and paper funnel
Rags and window cleaner
Tie downs
Cheapo multimeter
small piece of sand paper

I am sure guys carry more or less than me probably more

This is kind of the ultimate travel tool kit.... pick and choose as ye see fit. :)

- Toolkit
X Spark Plug sockets (auto and aviation sizes); flex handle
X one new LSEI plug (NGK BR8ES)
X one used Tempest plug, UREM40E
X 3/8 - 7/16, ? - 9/16 box-end wrenches
X 6" inch crescent wrench
X needle nose pliers
X Leatherman
X combo screwdriver
X small diagonal cutters
X Small vise-grips
X duct tape
X small HF VOM
X tie wraps
X 3? lengths of safety wire (.020, .032; rolled up)
x cotter pins
X One baggie with AN3 and AN4 nuts, a few washers, plus #6 and #8 screws in countersunk and button head varieties; bolts, screws, locknuts, etc
X a few ring/spade connectors
X emery cloth
X 5 minute epoxy
X Super glue
X small tube of RTV
x razor knife
x tire gauge
x O ring for brake pistons
x Exhaust gasket
x Paper funnel for oil
Microfiber towels
3' of 16 and 22 AWG wire
One valve stem extension
open end wrenches for spark plug fittings (sizes?)

Another way of addressing this problem is not what tools do you want, but what problems do you want to be able to address without outside help.

Tasks could include:
* Removing cowling and changing a spark plug (doesn't need a torque wrench and anti-seize, you can do that later);
* Putting air in tires (probably requires removing wheel pants);
* Topping up oil;
* Replacing missing bolts, screws, nuts and washers.

You get the idea...
