So... I'm doing a nice lady a favor.

She told me that if everyone would put their builder number in the subject line, when inquiring about your order, it sure would help.

Noted. I've never dealt with anything but nice ladies and gentlemen in Aurora. Happy to make their days better. They have certainly made my life better.

Another nice lady at Van's called me the other day to let me know there was a cheaper method of shipping that was also faster than what I selected.

That was a nice touch.

Being a buyer not a builder, just want to confirm the serial number of a bought airplane is the same thing?

Maybe

At original registration, the serial # can be designated anything the builder chooses.
