I have a hub on order but has anyone hooked the 170 directly to the GRT and managed to get it to communicate? The USB counter never moved when I tried. I think I have it all setup correctly.

I tried it briefly without the hub and nothing happened. Works great with the powered hub recommended by GRT. Sometimes I have to unplug and replug then power cycle the receiver after booting up the SX to get it to work and charge simultaneously, but otherwise no issues. Using it as a second GPS to feed the SX was pretty spotty, so I disabled that.
