Where do I start?

The pics look worse than it is however I am guessing this needs to be disassembled and reassembled with proper sealant.

I am 2nd owner, not builder. Any advise is greatly appreciated.

TIA

start of fix

Your name is echowhiskey so start with whiskey Ha Ha. You have a job before you. Best to try find out how many leaks you have and where before getting out the encourager. To find out if you have to pull the tanks. All repairs are faster with the tanks on the bench.
Sorry couldn't help myself with your handle and all.

I previously owned an RV-6A with a few partners. We purchased the aircraft from the second owner. When we started having fuel leaks in one of the tanks, we pulled it and shipped it to Weep No More to be rebuilt. None of the owners felt up to the task, and did not have the equipment. He did a great job. Not cheap, but worth it to us.
