Vans dimmer wiring instructions

I'm reworking some of the wiring on my RV-7A. With 2 of the Vans dimmers, I need to confirm the ES DIMMER, LAMP 1.5A, wiring instructions. Could someone post the instructions or PM them to me?

I don’t have the instructions with me but there are four screws: Ground, C, L and +.

The potentiometer is connected to C and Ground. Ground is optional; I am installing it. L is for Load (what you want to control) and + will be for the 12 V.
