Dynon heated pitot AD - no acknowedgement

I filled out the form for the Dynon heated pitot replacement AD about a week and a half ago. I haven't heard anything back by way of acknowledgement or time estimate from the company. I emailed Dynon support a few days ago to ask, but haven't had a reply.
How long are these typically taking now? I figured by now the rush would be past and they'd be pretty quick...
 
I had waited three or four weeks, but that was in the middle of the recall. Have you called them up to ask about an ETA?

Can someone fill me in on this AD? I bought a heated pitot/ AOA indicator a few months ago and am wondering what's going on....
