Fitting between MAP from Engine to Sensor

A friend is going with a glass panel and he wants to order the fitting that
goes through the firewall and ties in the manifold pressure hose (from the engine) to the plastic tubing that is coming from the sensor. I forget who I ordered this fitting from, I want to say Carr McMasters but does anyone know exactly. I may have taken mine from D. Checkoway's site but would appreciate the no and page.
