I am in the process of pre-approval for financing of an RV7; I see a few RV-7/7A's for sale on VAF, BS, Controller, Trade-a-plane.

If you know of a recent sold RV7, IFR, Glass, 10 out 10, please PM me.

share with us the numbers you're seeing, i think Chris Sand's RV7 with dual AFS, G430, and full interior went for $135k

I just bought my RV 7 for 95K. 5 years old 185 hrs on everything since new. Garmin 430 WAAS full auto pilot nice panel with lots of extras. CS prop, leather interior and excellent build quality. One of the nicest I have ever seen as far a construction build quality. Also has Sam James cowling and electronic ignition

The finance folks are looking at comps on Barnstomers, Trade-a-plane, GlobalPlaneSearch and Controller.

Naturally, the prices are widely divergent based on age, quality and equipment;

Just out of curiosity, which company are you using for financing? I'm in the market too but haven't started the search for a pre-approval yet. Thanks!
