Time to waste in Austin (Tools?)

I'm stuck in Austin for 24 hours and will likely have some time on my hands tonight. I'm in need of a few new torque wrenches, so this would be a good time to shopping.

Where is the go-to shop in the Austin area for high-end tools? Possibly even machine shop supply houses would have them too.

Any locals have any info to share?

I usually see them around Lake Travis trying to show off in their 88' Bayliners while.... Oh wait, you mean THAT kind of tool.

A sad state of affairs...

I was trying to think of where besides Sears and Paxtons (woodworking store, long gone) that would fit the bill. I was assuming HF didn't meet the criteria.
I coudn't come up with anything so I googled for it. The top hit was your question.
