U.S. Custom sticker lead-time

It took (5) days between the time I placed my order to receiving my U.S. Custom sticker. Amazing! And, I was anticipating a couple weeks.

Well, mine actually took a couple of weeks time… quite short considering my location
On the other hand, what is that sticker good for? (but to have yet another thing folks ask me about… I’ll keep it as a souvenir until the end of the year, hope ain’t gonna be too much of a pain to remove).

I believe that when you purchase the customs decal you are good to go, your receipt is valid proof until you receive your sticker.

You are correct. Just keep your receipt and have it available upon inspection at the US Customs port.
