Can the RV3-B able to be sport pilot aircraft if the assembly is bare bones w/O235 and basic vfr no lights and such? JimW

...going to slow it down to 120 kts max speed at maximum HP?

Aircraft Manufacture limitation section:

Limitations:

Maximum power for cruise flight for installed engine and propellor is limited to XYZ RPM.

Kind of like the Sensenich is limited to 2600, Hartzel no continuous ops 2050-2200, etc.
