Replacing Dynon servo shear screw

Anyone successfully replace the shear screw in their Dynon autopilot servo? If so, how'd you measure the 16 in-oz torque? Seems like the tools to do that are crazy expensive. Does anyone rent these kind of tools?

I'd rather not have to pull the whole servo to have Dynon do it. Thanks..
