Inlet scoop/Cowl attachment

I've seen both. Screws with nut plates or camloc type fasteners? Does it come off enough to get the benefits of 1/4 turn fasteners?

Part two of the question = if regular screws were used, did you build up the FG to allow countersunk screws? Sorry for overthinking it. Let me know what you did. Thanks

I used countersunk 6-32 screws with tinnerman washers. 1/4 fastetens would be nice but it does not take too long to get the screws out. The inlet gets removed every time I remove the lower cowl. My inlet scoop is plenty thick to countersink.
