RV-8 front control stick

The ptt switch is broken on my front control stick. The replacement part looks to be wd-411...does that include the handle and ptt switch or is it just the metal tube. The schematic drawing is unclear.
 
Yes the WD411 is the forward control stick. And yes only a metaltube without grip or PTT switch..
