Hi gurus of GPS.
I have a question regarding the moving nap on the gtn650xi.
To maximize the “look ahead” on the screen, I’m curious if it is possible to set the ownship to lower on the moving map and have it track in that position, leaving more of the screen for what is ahead of you. It looks like the 175/355/375 do this currently.
My ide is that would maximize the amount of the screen that is used for what’s coming up and next waypoints.
Is this possible, or maybe an upcoming feature of not? It would really be helpful in screen use to get to this config. I realize I can manually move the screen, but that’s a bit more manual than I’m looking for.
