Stub Spar Doublers in Fuse kit

I just received my wing Kit, did my inventory, and had an interesting note about my stub spar doublers. Van tells me the stub spar doublers are in my fuselage kit, which I don’t have yet.

Can I proceed constructing the wings and add those later upon receiving the fuselage kit, with no issues?

You definitely can. Good that Van’s made this change, as you need to verify the fit of the stub spars into the fuselage receptacles, which is much easier to do before they’re riveted to the wings. You may have to file the profile of the spar stubs for a clean fit.
