At 7:00am the weather was great and I put on a brisket for dinner. At about 1500 local the weather started to turn and here in McKinney we were getting high gusts and rain. My smoker isn't weather proof and rain would be really bad. I found this damaged wing skin in my jun pile and we'll see if it keeps the rain out of the fire.
