Horizontal stabilizer angle of incidence

Im confused on which tooling holes to check for 0 degrees. I read on here the 2 rear ones. The factory said the forward nose hole and one of the aft ones are symmetrical. Can anyone tell me exactly which ones to use. I have the spacer already in place and the 3/16 shim also in place. Ready to finish mounting it but need a little help. Thank you

I wasn't able to use the tooling holes directly. I just measured and marked a centerline and used that as a reference.

Tooling holes

That's what I did. I never figured out why the tooling holes were not symmetric. Could be because I rebuilt the HS with the new post SB parts.
