Bottom of cowl inlet air seal fabric

I am trying to nail down a cooling issue that I am having with my #2 cylinder. While examining the baffling, I discovered that I am missing the strip of air seal fabric that attaches to the bottom of the air inlet, and creates a smooth transition to the aluminum baffling. It is a pretty sizeable gap, and I am hoping that sealing it will improve cooling.

Does anyone have a clever way to attach the air seal fabric that doesn't involve drilling holes in the fiberglass? Epoxy?

I've attached a picture of my cowl, and the baffling plans that show what I am missing. Any help would be appreciated!
