Cleaning up the -4 wingtips

I have the old RV-4 wingtips that put the nav lights on the outside. I think there used to be a kit that allowed you to mount them under a lens like the modern style, but I don’t think the lenses are available. What options are out there besides going to the newer wingtips? I like the original style that’s on there now, I just want to clean it up.

There were a few lighting variants so this may/may not suit what you need!
