Does anyone know if it's possible to add the fuel pressure or fuel flow indicator to the main EIS display on the G3X touch. It is available when you expand the EIS panel, but I would like to see it with the mandatory FAA gauges during take off. I've been digging around the manuals with no luck.

Definitely yes on Fuel Flow
I have Fuel Flow in one of the data fields along the top row of the PFD. I use it all the time and find it very helpful for leaning.
I’m pretty sure you could also have Fuel Pressure in data field.
Edit: I re-read and see you want to do it in the EIS panel. So my answer is not exactly what you want but it is an alternative.
