Here is a link to picture of the redesigned engine mount.
We should have it installed and a new weight and balance calculated this weekend.

Looking good.

Cant tell for sure but it looks heavier duty. Maybe larger Pipe? Are you going yo have to design your own baffling or does some come with the engine?:confused:

Good observation, yes it is a thicker wall tubing.
The engine comes with the basic metal baffling.
We will modify to fit this installation.
The new cowl arrived yesterday.
Had to send the Propeller back to Sensenich for cosmetic repair

After Rotax's announcement today I am wondering if you have any updates on this install?

UL Power installation

We are proceeding along with the wiring of the engine EMS and Avionics .
The aircraft systems is a bit of a challenge since we do not have the interface schematics to interpret.
We plan to do the first engine start in about 2 weeks.
We will post a video when complete

Rear Terminal ATO/ATC Fuse Blocks, 20 or 24 Postions.
It can be split in 2 or 3 Power bus feeds with 12 , 6 or 12, 6 and 6 outputs.
PN # 46074 or 46075. The pins are ordered seperatly
A cover is also provided.

We are planning for the first engine start next weekend.
A few more wires to idnetify and connect.
No schematics or pins-outs make it a little more Challenging.
It may have been easier to not use the Vans supplied wiring harnesses and install our own from point to point.
