flap configuration with gad 27

Do you think it is possible that you have set the speed in such a way that it prevents it from deploying?
Other than that I can't think of any reason that it would work on the ground but not in the air. Check your airspeed for flap settings.

in flight does not work

Kedy,

Make sure the GAD 27 stops the flaps and not the internal stops in the actuator. If the internal stops are stopping the flaps, it corrupts the logic of the GAD 27. Make sure that in the configuration of the GAD 27 you set the stops just prior to the internal stops of the flap actuator. Flight loads may be moving the flaps slightly throwing off the stopping point. May take some trial and error.

Thanks

Thanks, I did not know this.
