Selling my RV-12iS Kit. 98% Complete

UPDATE: After loosing my large hangar due to a multiple hangar lease termination (me and 9 others), I decided there was no room in a new small t-hangar I found for my sky chicken and the tail-kit. So my lovely wife suggested that I put it our garage. Sooooo, I'm canceling the sale of the tail-kit and will finish it!

Thanks! The airport where I've had my airplanes hangared for over 12 years, has sent out lease termination notices. I found a spot for my sky chicken, but no room for the RV-12. So far, 9 other guys have been given notices as well. Don't know what's going on. |

That’s an awesome wife! Mine too allowed me to build again in the garage. I did have to build her a she shed first however  |

Where are they kicking you out of, TKI or aero country?
In any case, that sucks, can't believe "they" are doing that with the large demand for hangars in DFW. Good luck with the sale
