Default Seat cushion options for pregnant wife

My wife is pregnant and not yet showing but we'd like to look at our options for getting her a little more room from the stick as she gets bigger. What have other folks done? Maybe someone has a set of cushions laying around that are half as thick?

Does she want/need the stick in the first place??

Lots of folks have done a removable passenger stick.

Ah, good point. She definitely has no need for it.
