Vertical Stabilizer root rib dimple or not

Hello, I'm building the RV7 vertical stabilizer. I dimpled the ribs and I'm getting close to the final assembly. There are a total of 12 rivet holes that do not get riveted at this time (for the empennage fairing attachment). Question, should the skin be dimpled at these 12 rivet locations? If not, I'm assuming the 'root rib' (VS-704) should not have been dimpled at these spots either, correct? Thanks in advance for any input.

Not necessary to dimple those.
