Airplane Share Purchase Bill of Sale Template?

This afternoon, I'm buying 1/10th of a Piper Cherokee via a local flying club. The club itself has paperwork for me to sign, but does anyone have a quick bill of sale or something I could use to prove the sale/transfer from the current owner of the share to myself?

Thanks, Ethan. I think I need something that outlines a purchase of 1/10th of the club? Pretty confused. This club is extremely informal. I just want to make sure I can show "Hey, I paid this guy $XXXX, and he's no longer part of the partnership, I am."

I'm in a 16 person club (non-RV but keeps me current during the RV build). We are a non-profit corporation with bylaws that specify how shares are purchased. I don't think the FAA form is appropriate. We used to have formal share certificates, signed over like a car title, but now just accept a written note from the seller to the club officers.

There's no one form in the world that could document this. You'd need to know how the current ownership of the plane is structured (LLC, individual, etc) and then read those bylaws to see how they define ownership.
